DETROIT, Mich. — From talent recruitment and retention to staying on top of quickly evolving technology, the 2017 Michigan CEO Summit and its dynamic, diverse speakers are guaranteed to keep attendees riveted and put a spotlight on the top ways to adapt, compete and thrive in today’s ever-changing global marketplace.

Hosted by Business Leaders for Michigan (BLM), the state’s business roundtable, the Summit brings together business, community, government and nonprofit leaders to discuss and share strategies for addressing the key challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow. This year’s summit will be held on Nov. 9, 2017, at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit. The event has sold out every year since its inception in 2011.

“Our organization is proud to host these summits featuring leaders at the forefront of their industries or at the leading edge of the latest trends,” said BLM President & CEO Doug Rothwell.  “The event is designed to foster conversations, connections and collaboration, and practical learning.  The 2017 CEO Summit promises to deliver all that and more with a speaker lineup that includes keynotes from Brian Walker of Herman Miller, Jim Hackett of Ford Motor Company, and Andrew Liveris of DowDuPont, three top Michigan executives recognized globally. ”
