This report was unveiled at Business Leaders for Michigan’s 2nd annual Leadership Summit on March 10, 2014, where nearly 500 attendees met to hear about Michigan’s recent progress in six areas identified in BLM’s New Michigan strategy as having the greatest potential to grow good jobs quickly and a sustainable economy.

The six areas are: engineering, logistics/supply chain, higher education, natural resources, mobility and life sciences.
